ABOUT LYNN |
Lynn is a Level II Certified ParaYoga teacher with Rod Stryker, a 500-hour ERYT and Anusara Certified by John Friend. The founder of Yoga 4 Life and Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis, MD, Lynn created the Immersion into the Yoga Tradition curriculum designed for teachers, prospective teachers and serious students of yoga. She co-directs the training in Annapolis and is a featured teacher for teacher trainings throughout the country. Lynn also teaches workshops nationwide and leads international yoga retreats. Her teaching embodies the art and science of yoga by seamlessly blending bio-mechanical principles of alignment with deeper, more subtle aspects of yoga. Lynn draws from the wisdom of yoga to help students manage stress and live life more fully. With more than fourteen years of experience, Lynn enriches her students' experience by skillfully weaving pranayama, meditation and chanting into classes. She brings humor, compassion and encouragement to her teaching. Lynn also teaches Yoga Nidra, using this ancient practice to help students relax, reduce stress and define the direction they want their lives to take. Lynn's intention is to provide authentic Yoga teachings that improve the quality of her students' lives and help them reach their fullest potential, physically, mentally and spiritually. |
