Yoga and Meditation Retreat on the beach in magical Mexico

Trocones is 20 miles from the sleepy fishing village of Zihuatanejo in the warm clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. We will stay at Hacienda Eden, a beach resort with 10 ocean front rooms each with a private bath. An on-site gourmet chef will prepare fresh seafood and delicious vegetarian entrees for us. There will be two yoga classes including meditation and pranayama offered daily with plenty of time in between for relaxing in your favorite style. Hanging out in a hammock, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching, massage or shopping in Ziwa are all available options. Our hosts are Zoreh and Charlie Afsar from High Desert Yoga in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Yoga Retreat Information
Your 7 Night Yoga Vacation in Trocones, Mexico includes:
- Double occupancy, Ocean front room
- Transportation from Airport
- Breakfast and Dinner daily
- All Yoga classes
- What you are responsible for:
- Round trip airfare to Mexico - Please make your airline
reservations to be in Zihuatanejo airport by 5:30 pm on
Saturday March 8th. America West has a quick 2.5
hour direct flight from Phoenix. - Excursions and activities outside of the retreat
- Massage and other therapies.
Your Vacation Investment:
- $1495.00 per person.
- A nonrefundable deposit (Due by Oct 1, 2007) of
$395 along with your registration form holds your space. - For a private room add an additional $300.
- Balance due by January 1st, 2008.
The retreat will begin with dinner on Saturday March 8th and conclude with breakfast Saturday March 15th.
