In this workshop you will learn the archetypal mysteries behind lord Shiva, through the art of mantra, relaxation, meditation and Yantra architecture.
Our practice will begin by contemplating and discussing the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra, known for its power to overcome the greatest fears. We will then transition into an asana practice using the mantra, and end our physical practice with restorative and deep relaxation.
Then we will be dedicated to the construction (drawing and painting) of the Mahamritunjaya yantra which can then be used for meditation. Slowing down our minds, and shifting our perspective, we naturally feel better and can awaken the healing force of Shiva through movement, effortlessness and creativity.
Limited spaces available; $125
