The festival is back for its 7th edition! This event breaks down to about 33% yoga, 33% BJJ, and 33% other activities like cold plunging, dance, cacao ceremonies, free diving, health lectures, meditation, breath sessions, and mobility, all set directly on the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Sea and air temperatures align this time of year at about 75°F.

Ticket holders are free to plan their barefoot week however they like. The festival app provides all options with detailed info about classes that may interest you. Various disciplines of yoga, led by instructors from around the world, are offered. All sessions take place on location across the hotel’s 4-acre indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Got a friend or partner who doesn’t do BJJ or yoga? Trust us, they’ll have a great time if they enjoy relaxing by the sea, soaking up the sun, and eating local food. Plus, just 15 minutes away is the 2,000-year-old historic city of Palma.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Full sea-view room for 5 nights at the 5-star Gran Meliá de Mar. Options include Single King rooms, Double King rooms, Double with two twin beds, and suites. Want to save money? Book a half-room twin option, pay half the price, and we’ll match you with a same-sex roommate from the “need a roomy” list.
5-star buffet breakfast every morning (7:00–10:00 AM)
Opening and closing night dinner parties, with drinks included. Enjoy a Forró Brazilian band on the first night and a Cuban salsa band on the last. Attend a few salsa classes (around 1:00 PM daily) to learn basic steps!
Unlimited seminars, classes, workshops, and sessions
