12 Prana and 8 Pranayama When the desire of self-realization raises, it alters the way the prana moves, stills and is held in the body. This science of understanding the various prana, pranic pathways and pranic guidance is known as pranayama. When we understand Prana, we understand ourselves! No Prana - No Yoga Know Prana - Know Yoga Pranayama is not a technique but a realization of the life force within. The primary source of energy for Yogis/ Yoginis from time immemorial has been prana instead of food, sunlight and water. Yogic texts talk about the importance of when to breathe, how much to breathe and how to breathe. The 12-pranas flowing in 72,000-channels of vitality govern our appetite, elimination, digestion, vision, hearing, mental states, sleep, immunity, movement as well as stillness. These 12-pranas are the basic foundation of the advanced states of meditation and state of Yoga itself. The aim of this training is to help the students grasp this essential nature of the Pranayama and answer queries like when, how, how much and what to practice when we talk of pranayama.

How do we find the perfect balance, harmony and simplicity in our complex life?
"We have done every possible thing we could do in our capacity, utilized all sources of intelligence to find help. The only answer we find is that we have to go BACK. We have to go back to the basics. We have to go back to our Roots. We have to go back to ourselves. I believe that this is the only way to find the real solution. It has nothing to do with West or East. It has to do with human beings. No matter who we are, where we are from and what we do, we have to choose a path back Home. We have to choose the path back to ourselves. Nothing has the greatest power to heal, but self!"
