Saturday - Awaken the Energy of the Sun
Awaken The Energy of the Sun with this extended yoga practice: A transformative vinyasa practice. Dynamic movement, longer holds, all level postures as well as bandha and mudra prepare us for deeper pranayama and meditation techniques to awaken the supreme power of subtle forces.
Sunday - Call Down the Moon
Call down the Moon with A beautiful compliment to the Extended Practice or simply a wonderfully relaxing class you will enjoy all by itself. Allow your body to find relaxation as Mary guides you into postures using blankets, bolsters, straps and all things that facilitate opening and support. As your body relaxes the mind follows linked by your soft, smooth breath. Treat yourself and discover the sensation of total mind, body, breath connection in a deeply relaxed state! Marvelous! There is nothing left to do......

HOW TO JOIN LIVESTREAM
1. Contact Mary to register for your class by clicking here, or emailing her at maryoga@marybruce.com.
2. If you have not used ZOOM.US before, please download the zoom app onto your computer, phone or tablet by visiting zoom.us prior to the beginning of class
3. Send your payment for the class to Mary at Venmo @Mary-Bruce-26 or Paypal
4. Check your email at least 10-minutes prior to the scheduled class time and click the "Join Zoom Meeting" link
5. Enter the meeting ID (11 digit number at the end of link)
6. Click "share computer audio" when entering the meeting so you can hear the instructor, but be sure to click the mute button at the bottom left corner upon entry.
