HI Everyone,
Can you believe it?! August is just around the corner... where did the summer go? Here's a quick note to let you know the yoga offerings coming up in the next few months beginning with this weekend's Ayurveda training for Teachers and those who want to know how to adopt a yogic lifestyle.
It's hot out there! Grab some lemonade, scroll down, click on the links and feel free to contact me with your interest and any questions. Speaking of hot… cool down indoors August 9-10 with Chanti as she leads us through a cooling summer practice at The New Metta Studio in Arcadia. Then we will draw and paint the Yantra (a geometric design used for contemplation and meditation) for the water element, the second chakra, the abode of creativity. Chanti is an international artist, has studied numerous times in India with her sacred geometry teacher and brings a wealth of wisdom and a light heart to her classes. We are so excited to have her back in Arizona again.
Save the date: Sat September 27 for Pandit Rajmani Tigunait Secret of the Yoga Sutra's book tour. I am honored to host him in conjunction with SWIHA for an evening that is sure to delight seasoned as well as new students of yoga and all traditions.
I am still basking in the glow of my three-week Swiss Yoga Tour hosted by Gather Yoga, and will be in touch soon to share some of the many highlights. So for now, I hope you are enjoying your summer and I'll look forward to seeing you on the mat!
