It's a new year and a new decade. This is a promising time for fulfilling our dharma (purpose) and living a choice-full, more meaningful life that emanates from the treasured wisdom within our own hearts.
Sometimes that voice has been silenced. It has gotten lost in the shuffle of life's "cant's" and "shoulds"; muted under a mountain of self-doubt and illusion. When we clear the stuff that limits us out of our way, we can see and hear more clearly that pristine light that guides us always. Yes, that light actually has a sound and it whispers, "I Am." When we dare to listen to and follow that primordial voice, we experience a freedom and pleasure before unknown. It is Source Intelligence's greatest delight that we follow our bliss!
Learning to relax our bodies and become more stable and supple allows our energy to flow more efficiently and prepares us to open the doors of perception while accessing the heart of intuition, the voice of knowing.
There are many paths and many ways that point to this knowing, yet none more powerful than meditation, the art of listening to and then acting from divine guidance.
